It is said that the eyes are the window to the soul. That may be true, but I think that the smile is the soul’s ways of expressing itself to the world.
Some people smile because that is what they think people want to see. Some people smile because they are truly happy.
Gretchen is a truly happy person and we were able to see that so much through her beautiful smile. Gretchen and Andrew were married at the beautiful Los Poblanos Inn and Cultural Center.
Not only was Gretchen the epitome of joy but Andrew was the the penultimate mans man. From the custom cowboy boots to the cigars, the only thing he was missing was the mustache, but his dad had a mustache to put Tom Selleck’s to shame.
It’s so fun to be able to work with such fun people all the time. Desiree and I get to meet so many different kinds of people from all walks of life with all types of attitudes and personalities. Fortunately we are able to choose the people we want to work with for their weddings and if every couple we meet was like these two we would be shooting two weddings per weekend.
