Life is not perfect, so we don't look for perfection in our work. We look for life itself, we look for love and connection. The past number of years there has been such a huge influx of photographers flooding the market. The overall photo market has suffered for it and many people have stopped doing what they love to do because it has become harder and harder to support a growing family in the current market.
Sometimes we are guilty of feeling like it may not be worth the struggles that face the long time full time photographer.
Then we work... and we work some more...and we work with amazing people with beautiful stories... Then we realize over and again, that there is no "market." There are people, there are stories, there is love, there is life. And we realize this is who we are, this is what we love. So what if it is hard, so what if it can be a struggle. We live to work with people who love. We live for the image.
